Natural Elegance

Friday, March 2nd, 2012

We recently had the pleasure of designing a beautiful event at Peche at Sherman Mills.
The inspiration for decor and lighting came from the client’s love of water and the natural elegance of Lake Tahoe and Maine. Subtle details and a mesmerizing color palette of soothing hues were beautifully captured by photographer Susan Beard.
The client loved the water wall created by Evention Productions.

For the adult place card table, sand blasted driftwood surrounded a beautiful arrangement of hydrangea, delphiniums and amaranthus designed in a whitewashed, rustic urn.

Escort cards resting on river rocks were placed on the sand covered Mumbai burlap linen.

A wave of pink gerber daisies trailed down the center of the kids high top tables.
Turquoise, teal, lavender, and purple were used for the napkin detail.

A wonderful evening was enjoyed by family and friends.

Day vs. Night – Vegas Styled Mitzvah at URBN

Friday, October 7th, 2011

No matter what time of day, Las Vegas is all about fun.

TableArt had a blast last weekend at URBN working
with Leslie Rosen Catering transforming
the industrial space into a glitzy Vegas themed Bar Mitzvah.

Christine Foster Photography was on location capturing
all of the details of this fabulous event.
TableArt has combined our photographs with hers
to show you the dramatic effect lighting has on day and night.

As guests entered the building, they were visually dazzled by a modern composition
of green cymbidium orchids, star fish-shaped orange mokara orchids and sumptuous,
bi-color picante orange calla lilies accented by flickering votives and floating candles.

Watch out Rat Pack – This was going to be memorable evening!

Double down

The Roulette table was used as an escort card table complete with
poker chips designed for adult place cards.
Later in the evening, the table was twice the fun with high rollers
of all age trying their luck trying to beat the odds.

Meanwhile, the kids were having a blast searching for their special message
rolled up inside a bottle located in “Treasure Island”.

Vegas Hotels as place cards

Treasure maps lead the kids to
their table named after a famous Las Vegas Hotel.

”Skyscrapers” of  multi-colored funfetti mapped out in various color sequences
spanned the length of each table.
The effect was cool by day and smokin’ hot at night!

Behind The Scenes – Brilliance of Spring

Thursday, March 17th, 2011

The brilliance of Spring is inside the TableArt studio.
Fabulous flowers and fresh containers are prepped and ready for designing.

“I have been a floral designer for 15 years and I have never quite seen the remarkable beauty like this anemone or the glorious sweet peas that came in today.
No matter how long I have been doing this,
mother nature can always surprise me when I’m not looking.”
– Mindy Rhodes, TableArt Designer
